Hello my name is Cyndia, Lady with Altitude. I am a wildlife pyrography artist in the mountains of Colorado.

I went to school for Graphic Design. I earned a Bachelor’s degree and had a good job. Then the economy crashed and I decided to freelance. I did digital art throughout college and working at home. I worked with Illustrator, Photoshop and Painter.

An old friend talked me into selling my art at a local store. I did digital art at the time. She was doing wood burning. I decided to try woodburning and hated it. Once I bought a diamond tip burner and watched a couple of tutorials on YouTube I fell in love. When I started selling my art I was going through a medical scare. This lead me to take a good look inside and watch my reactions to certain situations. I started to read a lot of self-help\spiritual books and I have been working on myself ever since. It is an ever-growing process that leads me to creating art with whatever life lesson I am going through.
